Do you have a cancellation policy?
Any cancellation or reschedule with less than a 24 hours notice will result in a 50% of the booked service amount fee. A card on file is required for all appointments when booking.
What if I am going to be late?
Arrival to a scheduled appointment 15 minutes late will result in a $35 fee and the possibility of some or all appointments cancelled. If I, the service provider, am running late, due to personal reasons, I will take $35 off of your service for inconvenience.
What is your re-do policy?
If you are ever unhappy, let me know within 5 days and I am happy to make adjustments so that you are satisfied. A re-do service will be complete within 5 days of the completed appointment. Depending on what was discussed during the consultation, the re-do will result in either a complimentary re-do service or a product cost re-do service. Due to the artistic nature of my services, I do not offer refunds. Please note that a re-do is different than not liking something on yourself even though it was delivered as promised and agreed upon, or changing your mind.
Is it true that dirty hair is best for a color service?
This is a long time myth. Two day hair is usually fine, but excess product build-up and oils actually prohibit the color from working as effectively that it can.
do you offer discounts or specials?
I have a referral program for my loyal guests. This program offers an amount off a service once the new guest has completed their service. I occasionally do fun little things during the holidays.
How do I know what to book?
I have a service menu you can check out. If you are still unsure, never hesitate to contact me! It’s important to me that we’re on the same page and have enough time together.
Can I work or have a silent appointment?
Most definitely! I have free wi-fi for you to enjoy! I completely understand that you may need to work or only get a little quiet time to yourself to relax and decompress when we are together.
